Fills a 4 oz. jar
3 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
3 Tablespoon Beeswax Pellets
2 Tablespoon Shea Butter
1 teaspoon Pure Lanolin
1 Tablespoon Grape Seed Oil
1 Tablespoon Sweet Almond Oil
20 drops Myrrh Essential Oil
20 drops Lavender Essential Oil
In a 1 cup Pyrex bowl with a spout, melt the coconut oil, beeswax, shea butter, and lanolin in the microwave in 30-second increments. Stir with a wooden stick or spoon. When it’s melted, mix in the grape seed oil, sweet almond oil, myrrh and lavender essential oils. Stir again.
Pour into a 4 ounce glass jar.
Leave it uncapped for 8 hours while it cools and solidifies.
Rub it on heels and feet at night and then wear socks overnight.
There are no preservatives in this, so if you don’t plan on using it for a while, store it in the refrigerator.
